How Does Coaching Work?
You are unique and, for that reason, you need a coach and a service that takes YOU into account first and foremost.
That’s why, with every prospective client, it’s important that we get to know each other a little first. We’ll do this by setting up a Coaching Enquiry Call. which will allow me to understand how I may best be able to help and provide you information on the next step – The Catalyst Sessions.
The Catalyst Sessions mark the starting point for all prospective clients. These sessions have been specifically designed to help you lay foundations that will lead to your long-term success. In addition, these sessions provide you with an opportunity to understand what coaching entails and help us determine whether or not coaching is a good fit moving forward.

How Much Does Your Coaching Service Cost?
The cost of ongoing coaching is dependent on the features of your service which will be determined upon completion of The Catalyst Sessions.
The monthly cost for ongoing coaching will be calculated once the service has been built.
Where Do Coaching Sessions Take Place?
I offer in-person sessions at Energy Gym in Edinburgh and Central Strength in Glasgow. Remote sessions are carried out over Google Meets.
